A noble profession

Teaching is a noble profession. Because of such nobility attached with the profession, every third out of five citizens in developed countries wants to be a teacher. Unfortunately, people in Pakistan don’t join the teaching profession because of low employment packages. They join the profession out of compulsion when they fail to get a job in other departments.The desired objectives cannot be achieved in a department where employees are not satisfied with their jobs. For attracting more people to this profession and improving the standard of education in our country, the package of a teacher should be market-based as is in developed countries of the world. Once we are able to recruit talend people as teachers, we will be in a position to achieve positive results in our education system.Abdul Samad SamoKarachi
